Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
